I want to make cupcakes at home for grandkids- how do I get the frosting to look great like this? in many minis…
What type of recipe? And a pastry thingy to put frosting on?

Make sure your frosting is thick enough to hold up. I’ve noticed that frosting can look really dry in the mixer at first, but will come together if you beat it a little longer. Put less milk/liquid in than usual, and see if it’s enough. Add the rest of the liquid if it’s needed for good consistency. Second, try using a pastry bag with a Wilton 1M tip. If using toppings, only frost a couple at a time, so the toppings stick.
